Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by the High Court at Christchurch on 10 February 2017 at 9.39am.

We fix 31 March 2017 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Note: A previous appointment of alternative liquidators on 26 January 2017 contravened section 241AA(2) of the Companies Act 1993. On 9 February 2017 a declaration was made by Associate Judge Osborne that the purported liquidators had been invalidly appointed.
