KIWI HALAL MEATS LIMITED (in liquidation)
Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of KIWI HALAL MEATS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 5 December 2017 at 10.43am.
We fix 15 January 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
