Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 December 2017 at the times stated below:

• YING HUA LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.34am.
• FOOTBALL FOR CHILDREN LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.41am.
• REALSTEW CONNECT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.15am.
