SOUTHLINK LOGISTICS LIMITED (in liquidation)
Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOUTHLINK LOGISTICS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 November 2017 at 11.06am.
We fix 15 January 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
