Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 13 November 2017, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ENSYNERGY CONSULTING LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Marie Hazleman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
