Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named society commenced on 24 November 2017 at 10.05am when the High Court at Auckland appointed Neale Jackson and Grant Robert Graham joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned does hereby fix 12 January 2018 as the date on or before which creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
