Q & D CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of Q & D CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 28 November 2017 at 10.19am.
We fix 15 January 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
