Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CONSTRUCTION AND MINING SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 2 November 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard (Gus) Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 2 November 2017 at 10.19am and creditors may make enquiries from the liquidators whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, 248 High Street (PO Box 1058), Dunedin 9054.
