Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 November 2017 at the times stated below:

• PMMG LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.14am.
• S & L LOGISTICS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.58am.
• IBAC LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.06am.
• JJ CONSTRUCTION (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.17am.

We fix 15 January 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
