Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators following solvency resolutions by both companies’ shareholders on 23 November 2017 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 22 December 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.

Note: These companies are both solvent liquidations.
