Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kelera Nayacakalou was appointed liquidator of MEAT PROCESSORS (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) by order of the Auckland High Court on 10 November 2017 at 10.12am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 12 January 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
