Henry David Levin and Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries, insolvency specialists, were appointed liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland on the date and times below:

HEAT PUMP CLEANING COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.34am.
TANG REN & CO. LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.36am.
The liquidators have fixed 22 December 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
