Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 9 November 2017, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that REC. CREATIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Marie Hazleman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 9 November 2017.
