NZL POOL SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.15am.
BELL MARINE & INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.19am.
The liquidators have fixed 15 December 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
