Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MRS CLARKS CAFE LIMITED (formerly GIDDYUP PROJECTS LIMITED) by the High Court at Invercargill pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 9 November 2017 at 11.54am.
We fix 21 December 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
