Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 25(c) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of THE OTAGO MASTER PLUMBERS, GASFITTERS AND DRAINLAYERS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED (in liquidation) on 18 October 2017 at 12.30pm.

This is a solvent liquidation and the decision to wind up the affairs of the society was passed at meetings held on 14 August 2017 and 18 October 2017, with the liquidators being notified about their appointment on 9 November 2017.

20 December 2017 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
