Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency pracitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 2 November 2017 at the times stated below:

• RETRO CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.20am.
• BALAJI SWEETS & SNACKS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.41am.

We fix 15 December 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
