Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KINGFISHER ECO CREATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 November 2017 at 11.27am.

Upon the resignation of Marcus McMillan, Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as the replacement joint and several liquidator of the company, alongside Malcolm Hollis.

We fix 15 December 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
