Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of SOHO17 LIMITED. The liquidation commenced on 8 November 2017 at 9.00am.

The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.

The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 30 November 2017 as the date on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
