Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WILD BLUE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 7 November 2017 at 10.20am.

We fix 14 December 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
