Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CENTRAL SHEARING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 November 2017 at 12.38am.
We fix 4 December 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
