Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gregor Ian Beck, of Beck & Associates, Accountants and Business Advisors, was appointed liquidator of the company by special shareholders’ resolution on 1 February 2017 at 12.30pm.

I fix 28 February 2017 as the date on or before which creditors of the company are to submit their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
