Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 November 2017 at the times stated below:

  • POTTER CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.53am.
  • CENTRAL SHEARING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.38pm.

We fix 14 December 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
