Grant McQuoid and Wendy Somerville, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of INDO NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 October 2017 at 10.50am.

We fix 7 December 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
