Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of APPLE CARS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 20 October 2017 at 10.29am.

Iain McLennan and Peri Micaela Finnigan, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of APPLE RENTAL CARS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 20 October 2017 at 10.32am.

The liquidators were appointed to both companies pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 1 December 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidations.
