Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KAMO’S DEN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 October 2017 at 10.55am.

We fix 17 November 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
