Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 2 October 2017 at 10.18am, the shareholders of THE GOLF REFINERY LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 7 November 2017.
