Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that PACIFIC ORTHODONTICS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 October 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 6 October 2017 at 3.00pm.
