Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CLEAN PLUS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 October 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 10 October 2017 at 3.25pm.
