Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 13 October 2017 at 9.30am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MANAIA TRUCKING LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
