Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 9 October 2017 at 2.30pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that TWICKENHAM TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidator fixes 8 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
