Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Hollis and David Bridgman, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TH NO.2 LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 October 2017 at 11.40am.

We fix 13 November 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
