Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

David Webb and David Vance, accredited insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of HYDROWORKS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch on 5 October 2017 at 10.12am.

The interim liquidation has now ended.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
