Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Brent Mark Hempel and Michael Grant Higgins, accountants and insolvency practitioners, were jointly appointed as liquidators of POINT BREAK SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 25 September 2017 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 27 October 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution. Claim forms will be emailed to all known creditors and be made available on the Companies Office website as part of the first report, which will be issued in approximately five days.
