Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Hayden Dashwood Trotter and Angelina Antoinette Greer, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of EDAM FARMS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholder on 20 September 2017 at 9.30am, the date that the liquidation commenced.
