Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that AUX ONLINE LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 September 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 21 September 2017 at 10.33am.
