Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that WHANGAPOUA CENTRE PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 August 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 22 August 2017 at 6.00pm.
