Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 20 September 2017 it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that JACKSON ASSETS LIMITED be liquidated and that Martin James Trimble, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 20 September 2017 at 4.30pm.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 25 October 2017 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Act.
