Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Gregory John Sherriff, certified practicing accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of INSPECT IT PALLET RACKING AND AUDITING SYSTEMS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 15 September 2017 at 10.06am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 27 October 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
