Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were appointed joint and several liquidators of MORRINSVILLE TROTTING CLUB INCORPORATED on 14 September 2017 at 10.00am.

Special general meetings were held on 11 August 2016 and 13 April 2017.

The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation, due to an amalgamation.
