Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Dunedin on 14 September 2017 at 10.35am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 31 October 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
