NZ SAFETY BROKERS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 11 September 2017 at 1.22pm, the shareholders of NZ SAFETY BROKERS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing as joint and several liquidators of the company.
Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 13 October 2017.
