Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 25(c) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

David Vance and Colin Owens were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of the above-named incorporated societies on the following dates and times:

SOUTH CANTERBURY MASTER PLUMBERS AND GASFITTERS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED (in liquidation) at 8.30pm.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed 18 October 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
