Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by the shareholder on 6 September 2017 at 8.39am and 8.40am respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 6 October 2017 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
