G K TRANZ LIMITED, GI CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and TOTAL HOME SERVICES LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

G K TRANZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.33am.
GI CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.42am.
TOTAL HOME SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.13am.
We fix 6 October 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
