Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Andrew Marchel Oorschot was appointed liquidator of MAP (2014) LIMITED by a resolution of the shareholders, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, with effect from 30 August 2017 at 2.00pm.

The company is non-trading and is being wound up for restructuring purposes only and the directors have confirmed the company has no liabilities.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that, as liquidator of MAP (2014) LIMITED (in liquidation), I fix 30 September 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
