Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of JAI MAA AMBE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 August 2017 at 10.33am.

We fix 3 October 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
