Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 28 August 2017 at 8.00pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that RICHMOND CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
