Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that I, Clive Ashley Johnson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, have been appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by resolution of the shareholders.

The liquidations commenced on 30 June 2017 at 10.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes 20 October 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
