Public Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 283 of the Companies Act 1993

On 8 August 2017 at 11.25am, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator for the company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

On 24 August 2017 at 10.00am, John Michael Gilbert resigned as liquidator for the company and was replaced as liquidator by Grant Bruce Reynolds.
